Ingredients

4 cups ready-to-eat bite-size oat cereal squares

4 cups ready-to-eat bite-size rice cereal squares

4 cups ready-to-eat bite-size wheat cereal squares

2 cups pretzel sticks

1 can (12 ounces) peanuts, salted

1 cup butter OR margarine

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Beau Monde Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Old Hickory Smoked Salt

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Marjoram

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Summer Savory

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Powder

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Onion Powder

1/8 tablespoons Spice Islands® Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven 250º F.

Mix cereals, pretzels and nuts in a large bowl. Melt butter in small sauce pan over low heat; stir in seasonings. Divide cereal between three, 13 x 9-inch baking pans. Divide melted butter equally between the three pans; mix cereal carefully until well coated.

Bake for 45 minutes; turning carefully several times with spatula so that seasonings are distributed. Store in air-tight container. Makes approximately four quarts.
